Please complete the following information, and we will follow up regarding your request within approximately 1 week.  Note that workshop requests must be at least 2 weeks in advance of your requested workshop date to accommodate your request.   • Please indicate the Top 3 date(s) and times you are open to hosting the workshop. Workshops must take place between Monday-Friday.
