Cancellation and Conference Policies
Cancellation
A $50 administration fee will be charged for all refunds. If you need to cancel your registration, please email speerj@duq.edu with your request. If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) business days prior to the start of the conference, a refund will not be granted. Allow minimum of 4 weeks from date of conference completion for processing refunds.
Please Note: A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
Disability
If you need special accommodations due to a disability, contact us in advance at speerj@duq.edu. Please allow at least 2 weeks notification.
Promotional Materials
Duquesne University reserves the right to photograph, videotape or record conference participants. Registered participants also grant the University permission to produce, use, and publish the aforementioned materials.
Faculty
Duquesne University reserves the right to substitute faculty, if necessary. The views expressed by conference faculty are not necessarily those of Duquesne University.
Guest Passes
Guest passes for food and beverage events are available for purchase upon request. We ask that you do not bring guests to conference events without a guest pass. Email Jill Speer at speerj@duq.edu for more information.
Register Early
We encourage early registration so that confirmation and additional information can be sent to you. You will receive confirmation upon receipt of your registration fee. If you do not receive confirmation, or if you have any questions, please email us at speerj@duq.edu.
